Adriatic UK – “Share Your Art” Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the Adriatic UK “Share Your Art” promotion. By participating in this promotion, parents/legal guardians agree on behalf of the child to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full.

 

2. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to children aged 3 to 12 years.
  • Children may only participate with the full consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Parents/guardians must assist in posting the child’s artwork on Instagram.
  • A valid Instagram account is required.
  • Employees of Adriatic UK, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

 

3. How to Participate

  1. The child colours any page from the Adriatic UK colouring book.
  2. Parents/guardians take a photo of the completed artwork.
  3. The photo is shared on Instagram as a public post.
  4. The post must tag @adriaticuk and the parent/guardian must ensure that their Instagram profile follows @adriaticuk

Entries that are not public or not properly tagged cannot be validated.

 

4. Reward

  • Every valid entry receives one sweet snack bundle.
  • Snack bundles may include chocolate, crisps, pretzels, and similar treats.
  • Only one snack bundle per Instagram profile.
  • Snack bundles are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or similar value.
  • Participants (via their parent/guardian) will be contacted through Instagram Direct Message to arrange collection or delivery of the snack bundle. If message delivery is restricted due to Instagram privacy settings, the participant may be required to follow @adriaticuk or adjust their message settings to ensure they can receive our communication.
  • In cases where Adriatic UK is unable to send a Direct Message due to Instagram restrictions, participants (via their parent/guardian) are required to contact Adriatic UK directly via Instagram message or by email at office-uk@adriaticgroup.com in order to arrange collection or delivery of the snack bundle.

 

5. Sharing & Intellectual Property

By participating, parents/guardians grant Adriatic UK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to share the artwork on our social media channels, website, or other marketing materials.

Participants retain full ownership of the artwork.

Parents/guardians must ensure no personal information (e.g., children’s names, locations) is visible in the post.

 

6. Privacy & Data

Any personal information provided for this promotion is processed in accordance with Adriatic UK’s Privacy Policy.

Adriatic UK does not store or collect additional personal data from Instagram beyond what is required to send the reward.

 

7. Fair Use & Disqualification

Artwork must be created by the participating child.

Entries containing inappropriate content or violating Instagram’s rules will be disqualified.

Adriatic UK reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion.

 

8. Liability

Adriatic UK is not responsible for incomplete, late, or misdirected entries.

Snack bundles are provided “as is”. Parents/guardians are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies or dietary restrictions.

 

9. Promotion Period & Changes

The promotion runs from 01/12/2025 until 01/02/2026

Entries posted after the closing date will not be eligible.

Adriatic UK reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
